Our billing service has been operating since our inception in 1988, with proficiency ranging widely across multiple specialties and with over 120 years combined experience in medical billing. By allowing our office to perform the entry of their demographics, charges, payments and detailed patient notes, as well as generating their patient statements, HCFA-1500s, UB-92s and collections, our clients can realize a net savings not possible or even feasible otherwise.

Practice Management Services, Inc. will work with your office to determine assignment of responsibilities, dividing duties between your office and ours as you see fit; the choice is yours. Data from your older system or even another billing service can often be converted and imported into our own in-house software, depending on the age and the flexibility of your previous system (data must be able to be written to an ASCII file).

Remote access to their dataset is also available to our customers, either across a standard dial-up line or utilizing a faster broadband alternative like DSL or a fractional T1. This provides them with the ability to examine all aspects of the software and data, as well as furnishing them with the potential for actual data entry.

Reports are provided to our clients on a monthly basis, which clearly summarize and interpret information entered for the period and year. These reports assist in spotting trends and highlight any potential problem areas for future investigation. Periodic review sessions are also arranged to discuss possible changes and data analysis.
