Practice Management Services, Inc. was created in 1988 to fill a void for a true, quality, medical management company that could anticipate and provide for every need of a medical customer, while existing under a single roof. Over the years we have moved from a paper-oriented environment to an digital one, offering our clients the ability to send claims and post payments electronically, access insurance carriers on-line for patient status and claim inquiry, receive laboratory results and scan charges directly into their software.

In 1994 we extended our borders south into Virginia and North Carolina, and later into Western Maryland and Pennsylvania. As we grew, so did our level of proficiency, supporting and billing for a wide variety of primary care providers, specialists and organizations.

During the last four years, both our information services department and medical billing department have quadrupled in size, making PMSi one of the largest medical sales, service and billing centers in the region. There are few businesses like ours, focused on your needs and with the resources to help you to attain them.

PMSi has been operating for over 12 years in a market where more then two-thirds of our competitors have come and gone. Our quality medical billing, sales and support service is what sets us apart, and we are here for the duration.
