Data entry for our billing service is performed by our own group of highly-trained, in-house staff. These dedicated individuals have experience in all aspects of medical billing and across many different specialties. Their duties include the organization and entry of data, generation of claims and patient statements, account follow-up and basic collections, requests for review and correspondence.

Daily and monthly reports are generated so that charges and receipts may be balanced back to the original encounter forms and deposit tickets. This then insures our high degree of quality control and integrity.
