The Medical Manager® system has over 150 standard reports. Many of these useful tools may be generated at any point during the month to obtain an accurate depiction of the practice's current state. Reports may be run by doctor, insurance carrier, CPT or ICD9 code and include such useful information as an account's receivable aging, period and year to date totals of charges and receipts, reimbursement averages and referrals.

Historical reports may also be generated that can read ALL charges and payments, not just those items that are currently "open" or have an amount pending. These reports are considerably helpful for spotting trends and problem areas for further analysis, allowing physicians and managers the opportunity to prevent a potential difficulty.
