Whether you already have The Medical Manager® software or are converting from another system, PMSi will endeavor to minimize any disturbances to your practice's normal routine during the initial set-up process. We understand that down-time and interruptions can affect patient care and we will work with your schedule to minimize this occurrence.

During this preliminary period patient demographics, balances and even entire histories may be transferred into your new system. This information would then be handled as if it were originally entered into the Medical Manager® software, appearing on standard reports and screens and totally accessible by your staff.

Whether you decide to purchase The Medical Manager® software or dial into our billing service through the use of a standard modem and phone line, or across the internet, PMSi will then provide quality on-site training at times convenient for you and your staff.
